Delivery, Returns & Unserviced Watch Terms

Delivery

Free UK mainland delivery is available on all of our items. These items will usually be shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully tracked and insured on the buyer's behalf up to a maximum of £90,000.

Free Worldwide Shipping on all items via DHL Express.

Please note that the buyer is solely responsible for any customs duties or charges which may be payable.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Just return your item to us in the exact same condition as it was sold with your original receipt within fourteen days from the date it was delivered to receive a full refund or exchange.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a right to return goods within 14 days following the day on which the goods were received.

Please note that we reserve the right to deduct costs from the refund amount for any item returned to us which we believe to have been altered, damaged, or tampered with in any way.

CASE SIZES:

I list approximate case sizes, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are happy with these Sizes. The Photos are close up to ensure I get as much detail in as possible, please do not use the photos as a guide for Sizing...use the measurements that I have provided.

Items returned to us for a refund or exchange are done so strictly at the buyer's own risk and expense. This includes the full cost of any return postage and insurance together with any customs duties or charges that may be payable.

We will only pay the return postage costs for items sent by us in error or for items that are faulty. These costs exclude any customs duties or charges which will remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Unserviced Watches

We cannot offer any guarantees on timekeeping on Unserviced Watches, I do test the Watches before listing and ensure that they are in good Average timekeeping over 6 positions, however I do not warranty this. All Unserviced Vintage Watches are sold with the strong advisory of a Service before regular use. We cannot offer any guarantees on any vintage parts of the said Unserviced Watch.

If you would like to take our advice and have the Watch Serviced before regular use, please get in touch and I can point you in the direction of a excellent Watchmaker.
