Refund policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Just return your item to us in the exact same condition as it was sold with your original receipt within fourteen days from the date it was delivered to receive a full refund or exchange.
Please note that we reserve the right to deduct costs from the refund amount for any item returned to us which we believe to have been altered, damaged, or tampered with in any way.
Items returned to us for a refund or exchange are done so strictly at the buyer's own risk and expense. This includes the full cost of any return postage and insurance together with any customs duties or charges that may be payable.
We will only pay the return postage costs for items sent by us in error or for items that are faulty. These costs exclude any customs duties or charges which will remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.
