Using the time period that this early model of colt was produced we can date this to approx.1998.

Movement
Quality Breitling Calibre 17 (based on ETA 2824) Automatic Movement, with centre seconds, quickset date and hacking seconds.
Setting The Watch
Gently unscrew and out pops the crown, it will go into position one and the Watch will continue to tick. This is your quickset date position so if for some reason you need to set the Date, just gently scroll the crown Clockwise and the date will change.

Pull the Crown out again into Position two and you will notice that the Watch will come to a halt, this is called hacking seconds, so you can accurately set the time, when your desired time comes around push the crown back in and the Watch will power away again.
Please ensure you push the crown back in and screw to the case when finished.
Timekeeping
The Movement is wonderful and Clean whilst ticking away strongly and keeping excellent time.

Top Quality Solid Stainless Steel Case.
The Case is in Very Good Condition for the Nature of this Watch, a few Age Related marks but nothing major.
Stainless Steel Screw In Case Back in Very good order.
The original factory engravings are present and legible on the caseback.

End of lug to lug: 43.3mm
Lug Spacing: 18mm
The Case has been professionally resealed and tested for Water Resistance up to 100m. This means its suitable for Watersports such as surfing, swimming snorkelling, sailing etc and obviously day to day activities involving Water.
Hands,Crystal and Crown
I believe the Hands to be an replacement set and has been reflected in the price. They are in lovely condition and the Luminova still shines brightly.
Original signed Crown, in very good nick.
Original Crystal in very nice order with one small scratch near the 12 which you can only see at certain angles.
Strap
On a new 18mm Blue Waterproof strap with Steel Buckle, that compliments the Watch very well indeed.
Comes with a free GungaDin Watch Box as standard.
