The Watch

In 1917, Louis Cartier, the founder of the brand, released the Iconic Tank model, which was based on a French WW1 Tank, the Renault FT-17. By the early 1920’s the Tank’s popularity was rising and boasted serious celebrity following.
The Tanks have always been associated with quality, elegance and the design's ability to look at home on either sexes wrist. The Ref 1300 was referred to as the "jumbo" with its 29mm x 40mm case, it wears beautifully and radiates class.
The Watch is in good condition and comes on a lovely NOS Vintage 16.5mm Pigskin Strap.
