These "Special Straps" were issued in the early 1970's but did not correspond to Def Stan, as they were stitched, glued and did not carry the lug size embossing on the buckle.

These straps are in unworn condition but due to storage conditions over the years, the steel hardware has developed some "rouge" which is cleanable, however after speaking with some collectors, I will leave this up to you if you'd like to remove it or not.
