According to Omega in 1967, this was "the first watch designed especially for the human wrist."
.
You may know the Speedmaster and the Seamaster, or even the Railmaster and De Ville, but none of these iconic Omega collections were purposefully and especially anatomically designed for the human wrist. The Dynamic was. Released in 1967, the Dynamic collection hit with a slew of colors and a couple of different sizes for both the thin wristed and thick. Notable changes from your more standard wristwatch include an integrated, wrist hugging strap, a circular dial but ellipse-shaped and Italian manufactured case shape. On that case is a classically late-60s starburst finish and the crown is integrated into the case side because a nasty crown protruding and hitting your wrist wouldn't be so especially anatomical to the human wrist.
