Using the Serial numbers on the Movement, which are in the 24,400,000 range, we can date this Omega to Circa 1966.

Movement
Excellent quality Automatic Chronometer movement calibre 561. With Centre seconds and Date wheel.
The Movement features a semi Quickset Date function which is activated by changing the Time to midnight then back to 9pm and back and forth until your desired date is reached.
Timekeeping
The Movement is wonderful and Clean whilst ticking away strongly and keeping excellent time.

Seldom seen Original Omega "Flat Dial" factory vintage Dial. This Ref. is much more commonly seen with a Pie Pan dial.

The Dial is in very nice Vintage condition with some age related marks and some very faint marks towards the top but nothing major at all.
This is the original Untouched Vintage Dial from 1966 and I love that Dials pick up bits of character on their way to your Wrist.

Case
Top Quality Stainless Steel ICONIC and sought after "Dog Leg" lugs.
The very well proportioned 34mm case, features those lugs and just oozes Quality, it demands respect, expect a few envious glances your way.
The Case is in good condition for its age with some age related markings, it's possible that the case has been polished at some stage of its life.
6 notch Caseback in very nice nick, featuring the Famous Omega Geneva Observatory caseback medallion. The eight stars on this gold tone medallion represent the eight observatory chronometer competitions Omega won in the 20th century. The Case Back threads have been realigned as part of the Service.

Original Hands are in very good order.
Original signed Omega crystal has been professionally polished as part of the Service.
I believe the Crown to be a Original Omega replacement.
Strap
On a new 18mm Olive Green Nubuck Leather strap with Steel buckle that compliments the Watch beautifully.
Comes with a free GungaDin Watch Box as pictured.
