Super Vintage Omega Constellation Automatic Chronometer Wristwatch.
Who wants a lot of vintage bang for their buck? If it's you look no further, I believe these Constellations would be an eye watering amount of money if new in today's economy.
That Dial, that Gold Capped case, that Observatory plaque, that Chronometer rated Movement, which has undergone a FULL SERVICE and comes with a 3 month warranty (which all our Vintage Watches go through, I'm baffled how other retailers demand such a big sum for their UNSERVICED Watches, you're always safe with us).
All in all, this Connie represents huge value for Money! The way Vintage Watches are going at the moment you will be sorry you didn't snap a Connie up in a few years time.
I also have the Day/Date version ref. 168.029 with Golden Dial from the same year available: here

Breathtaking original Omega factory vintage Silver linen dial that just sparkles wonderfully in the light. It really embraces everything that we love about Vintage Constellations and gives that Watch another dimension on the Wrist, trust me you will be awestruck when you catch this in the light. You can see this on the YouTube video. (link attached at the top)
The Dial is in very nice Vintage condition, there are a few lift marks around the centre of the Dial, where probably some amateur Watchmaker has tried to lift the hands off, we have replaced the Dial foot which was snapped, probably by the same amateur, so it is all properly done now. This is me just being thorough and honest as always, most dealers wouldn't mention this at all but we are dealing with a 51 year old timepiece that has had a life before coming in my safekeeping.
I must admit though, the sparkling Linen dial draws your eye away from the aforementioned, it's just stunning and I am certain you will love it.
This is the original Untouched Vintage Dial.
THIS IS NOT A REDIAL!!!!
Top Quality Gold Capped (probably 14k) Stainless Steel Tonneau or "C" shaped Case.
The very well proportioned 35mm case, features a lovely solid bezel and this Tonneau or "C" Shaped case wears beautifully, whilst wrapping comfortably around the Wrist. It is the epitome of 70's Luxury.
The Case is in superb condition for its age with some age related markings to the Gold Cap, which is understandable when you think how soft a metal Gold it but this guy is in Top condition for the age and nature of this case. Great example.
The Bezel is in very nice vintage condition, the ridges are remained sharp.
6 notch Caseback in very nice nick, featuring the Famous Omega Geneva Observatory caseback medallion. The eight stars on this gold tone medallion represent the eight observatory chronometer competitions Omega won in the 20th century.
Case approx. measures in at:
Diameter with Crown: 37.5mm
End of lug to lug: 40.5mm
Lug Spacing: 19mm
This Case was rated Water resistant back in the Day, it is now a Vintage Timepiece, it has NOT been tested for Water Resistance and if you wish to Submerge this Watch, you will need to have the Watch Professionally Resealed before doing so!!
