Dating this Watch
Using the Serial numbers on the Movement, which are in the 3,200,000 range, we can date this Eterna to Circa 1944.
Movement
Legendary, Supreme quality Manual Wind movement calibre 520, with Sub seconds.
Such is the quality of this Movement, that the MOD commissioned it for use in their Troops Wristwatches during WW2 (Eterna Dirty Dozen).
Timekeeping
The Movement is wonderful and Clean whilst ticking away strongly and keeping good time for a 78 year old, within the reasonable expectations of a Vintage Timepiece.

Dial
Absolutely gorgeous ORIGINAL Eterna factory vintage dial, it is so nice to see a Original Eterna factory dial, most of the examples from this period you see online have been horribly re-dialled or are in poor condition. You don't want those.

The Dial is very good condition for its age with some warm patina that has developed around the Centre it is absolutely tremendous and pleasing to the eye.
Absolutely love this Dial, the Radium Lume is just so warm and its originality is a real plus in my book.
This is the original Untouched Eterna factory Vintage Dial, buy Original, not restored!!

Case
Superb quality all Stainless Steel Case.
This beautifully constructed case oozes class, it is very well proportioned and those shaped lugs are a joy to behold.
The Case is in very good condition for its age and nature with some age related marks throughout, but nothing to write home about.
Case approx. measures in at:
Diameter: 32mm
Diameter with Crown: 34mm
End of lug to lug: 39.7mm
Lug Spacing: 16mm
This Case was rated Water resistant back in the Day, it is now a Vintage Timepiece, it NOT suitable to submerge or get wet.
Hands, Crystal and Crown
Original Hands are in very good order.
Crystal has been lightly polished and some small age related markings remain.
What i believe to possibly be the Original Crown, in nice vintage condition.
Strap
On a new 16mm Genuine Leather Crocodile Calf Brown Strap with Gold Plated Buckle that compliments the Watch really well indeed.
