The Watch
.
As the model name suggests, this nifty Croton Chronomaster could cover the sky, land, and sea.
.
The Chronomaster was introduced in 1961 destined for the U.S. market. Advertisements read “The Chronomaster is a Super-Chronograph” and “The Croton Nivada Grenchen CHRONOMASTER is a favorite with sports car drivers, airline pilots, skin divers, yacht race enthusiasts, engineers, navigators, scientists, business executives, and a host of others.” Now that covers pretty much all of the bases. They were also promoted as “wrist-size computers that do more than tell time.”
.
As seen in the Chronomaster Only: The Super-Chronograph by Nivada & Croton by Grégoire Rossier and Anthony Marquié; This particular variant is from the 2nd series and is dubbed by the Authors as the "most rare model".
.
This "most rare model" boasts a distinct Dial configuration whilst being all White, which is actually a very pale silver. Beating away in the 38mm all Steel case is the Landeron 248 movement, which Croton adapted in 1966/67 to replace the Valjoux 92.

Overall this Chronomaster is in nice Vintage condition.
The Dial is in super condition. The Tritium lume has darkened.
Case is in excellent order for its age and nature with some slight scratches. There is a personal engraving to the Caseback, however this is very shallow and very likely it could be removed very easily. Part of the Watches history in our POV so we will leave it up to you.
Crystal is believed to be original, there is some very slight crazing.
The handset is in very good order.
Bezel in very good shape.
