The Enicar Sherpa line was introduced in November of 1956, after an Enicar was used in a summit of Mount Everest.
It's fair to say that the Sherpa line from Enicar was the line that really put Enicar on the map, with a fair few well known Models, the Enicar GMT, is probably the coolest after of them all.

The Sherpa GMT 600 is a combination of Enicars most popular models at the time; the Sherpa Date's, Sherpa Diver's, Sherpa GMT's, and Sherpa World Timer's. The combination of these make for an excellent quality tool Watch that is ready for all of your adventures.

This Guy is a very nice Original example, that Red and White inner rotating Bezel has aged nicely with a reassuring patina against the jet Black Dial with Tritium lume that has darkened over the years, the Bezel shows Cities throughout the World and the inner Red ring moves freely. The real icing on this oversized Cake is the very rare Original Beads of Rice Bracelet. It's a corker.

Getting Acquainted

Bits that stand out:

-Outer Bezels in great nick.

Nitty Gritty:
-Scratches throughout the Case.
-The Date function changes as normal, however the Quickset Date function is faulty.
-Inner Ring has patina and wear to the numbers, one on dial.
-Beads of Rice Bracelet has a fair bit of give but only natural for these.

Overall the Enicar is in Very good honest Vintage condition, the Case has scratches throughout that are to be expected really with Watches of this Nature and Size.

The Handset is Original and in good condition.

The Dial is in nice Vintage Order.
Crystal is very possibly Original has been refurbished during service.
