For those who love adventure....
This is a insanely cool and early version version of the iconic Eterna Kontiki.
The Kontiki was a raft built by Norwegian Adventurer Thor Heyerdahl for a scientific voyage, with all crew members wearing Eterna Matic watches – Matic being Eterna’s term for automatic. To celebrate the success of the voyage the Kontiki was launched with the Kontiki immortalised in a gold plaque on the case back.

Top Quality Stainless Steel Case.

The very well proportioned 34.3mm case with those gorgeously designed lugs, inclusive bezel and Iconic Thor Heyerdahl Gold Medallion to the back. This case wears beautifully and somewhat larger beyond its 34.3mm measurement on the Wrist.
It displays a real presence and its fair to call this one a head turner.

The Case is in fantastic condition for its age with no real marks to write home about at all bar a few age related scratches, which are barely worth mentioning, in this circa 60 year old timepiece.

Case approx. measures in at:
Diameter: 34.3mm
Diameter with Crown: 36.6mm
End of lug to lug: 42.2mm
Lug Spacing: 18mm
